60 in 2013 My First card Happy New Year...
This is for my sisters DIL who is going to be 60 this month.I used the diresir clasical frame added some gems
and decoupaged oontrasting blue flowers The 60 and the name are in gem initials and numbers from Poundland....
The cardstock is from Hunky dory..Hope she likes it
